Rich Samgyetang (comes with 6 side dishes)

The soup is made by combining a whole chicken with several medicinal ingredients such as ginseng, simmering the meat until it becomes tender, creating a flavorful broth, which is then paired with a rich chicken broth that is slowly simmered for eight hours.

This is an unprecedentedly luxurious dish, with chicken so tender that it falls apart easily with a spoon, a rich soup packed with body and flavor, and the intricately intertwined flavors of medicinal ingredients.

Bean sprouts namul

Our bean sprout namul has fish sauce as a secret ingredient, so the moment you take a bite, the delicious flavor of seafood spreads throughout your mouth, creating an addictive taste.

Carrot rape

Our carrot rapée is filled with the sweetness of fresh carrots and is accented by the use of cumin as a secret ingredient.

Purple cabbage sauerkraut

Choucroute is a popular local dish in the Alsace region of France and Germany.

Fresh purple cabbage and the chicken stock used in our Samgyetang are slowly simmered over low heat, and finished with vinegar for a refreshingly sour, adult flavor.

Korean-style soft-boiled egg

Everyone's favorite soft-boiled eggs are seasoned with a spicy Korean flavor.

You can eat it as is, or serve it on hot rice like TKG, or mix it with namul, gochujang, and hot rice to make it bibimbap-style, which is also delicious.

Chinese cabbage kimchi

We use kimchi from Maruman Shoten in Mikawashima, Tokyo.

Maruman Shoten's exquisite kimchi was confidently selected by the owner, who spent a year eating kimchi from all over the country.

Leek Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette is a classic French dressing.

This dish features sweet green onions slowly simmered in our chicken stock until soft, then tossed in our original flavorful vinaigrette.
